How do I track my order?
Thank you for your order! You will receive a tracking number via email or text once your package is fulfilled. Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our customer service team.
What are your delivery options?
We offer a variety of delivery options to ensure your convenience. You can choose to have your order shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Additionally, we also provide the option for local pickup at a mutually agreed location. Select the method that works best for you!
How do I return an item?
We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at thedanielasboutique@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
